Sauna visits are good for your health and wellbeing! For your own wellbeing, please take note of the following:

  • Put aside enough time (around 2 hours)
  • Always go into the sauna with dry skin
  • 15 minutes are enough for each bout in the sauna
  • No more than 3 bouts in the sauna
  • Conversing and talking in the sauna prevent you and other users from relaxing
  • Always sit or lie on a towel in the sauna
  • Always cool down with cold water after the sauna – never with lukewarm water
  • Make sure your feet are always warm
  • Make sure you take rest breaks
  • Drink plenty
