Sauna visits are good for your health and wellbeing! For your own wellbeing, please take note of the following:
- Put aside enough time (around 2 hours)
- Always go into the sauna with dry skin
- 15 minutes are enough for each bout in the sauna
- No more than 3 bouts in the sauna
- Conversing and talking in the sauna prevent you and other users from relaxing
- Always sit or lie on a towel in the sauna
- Always cool down with cold water after the sauna – never with lukewarm water
- Make sure your feet are always warm
- Make sure you take rest breaks
- Drink plenty
