From Olang to Reischach and back:

Track conditions: Partly asphalt road, forest and meadow paths
Description of route: In front of the train underpass in Niederolang, follow the sign for Reischach (10 km). At Kapplerhof turn right onto a forest path and continue to the Bruneck ice stadium where the return journey starts. Following the Rienz, the path goes through the Rienz gorge (2 tunnels) to the electricity works and to the Percha sport area, past the gravel works and back to Niederolang

Description of route: From Olang, the route travels away from busy streets into the very delightful landscape of the Antholz Valley to Antholz Niedertal. From Antholz Niedertal the route continues across the Staller Sattel mountain pass as far as the Antholz Lake, which is situated at the end of the valley amidst a splendid mountain panorama.
