Ground floor:	well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Tiroler Stube (traditional Tyrolese room), 2 living rooms each with satellite television and 1 guest WC
1st floor:	3 double rooms (2 of which have ensuite shower and WC), a large bathroom with shower, bath and WC and a small single room
2nd floor:	3 double rooms with ensuite shower and WC

Crockery, bed linen and towels are provided
Dish washer and washing maschine are in the Villa
We charge € 92 for final cleaning
We charge € 10,40 -15 per day for pets

You can book the Villa with breakfast service or with half board. In this case you enjoy the services at the Hotel Post. The distance between the two buildings is of 50 m.
